Let's face it - you might not end up looking gorgeously waif-like or curvaciously thin like her, or a sex-god like me, but we can sort out some of those emotional issues that drive problematic over eating.
See some of the links below. They will all open in a new window.

By reading this page to the bottom you will know that you have at last found a therapist experienced enough to help you with your problem...
It is a bold claim, I know, so open the link below and save it to read later. It is a file I wrote entitled, "More than a Dietary Problem," and it covers some of the areas so often missed by therapists addressing eating issues. There are some free videos further down this page too.
By now you are probably already familiar with the claims of so many hypnotherapists, NLP practitioners, EFTers and so on, that their technique is the magic bullet that can make you thin.

Fist though, I really need to tell you a few things here.
Firstly: I cannot make you thin. This is possible of course, all you need is a large bundle of cash, a good surgeon or genetic engineer and some sizable guts to go through with it (please pardon the pun).
Secondly: I am not much of a motivational coach or speaker. Yes, I am clever, attractive, interesting and of course, charming, but the American syle of Ra! Ra! Ra! or, as I like to call it, "Happy Clapping Motivation" really isn't suited to my traditional British temperament.
Thirdly:I am not a dietician or exercise guru. (Actually, I loathe exercise.) The stuff I do is about resolving psychological and emotional issues, so you will do well to talk to a dietician and one of the fitness advisors at your local health and leisure centre.
Fourthly: We need to accept the reality that too many excellent trainers, therapists and coaches are themselves overweight. If this is a measure of the difficulty that faces some people then we should consider that weight loss can be a gargantuan task where cultural and societal influences, genetics and other factors are loaded unfavorably. So, maybe one better outcome might be to simply learn to feel happier with who you are, but...
...you don't want that. What you want is to lose weight.
Here's a little video of mine regarding motivations and patterns in "yo-yo" dieting. It's very good and tends to get great feedback on youtube.
It's about 20 minutes long, have a watch and see what you think.
Now, have a look at some genuine testimonials (I must have been naive, but I was so surprised when I heard that some people actually write their own testimonials!)
"About the only words I can think of to describe the changes would be 'f***ing miraculous." A client called Alex wrote that. I like Alex.
"I found Andrew had an honest, no frills, take me as I come persona. He was not "showbiz" as some NLP practitioners are, not constantly "name dropping"!!
Services are tailored to each individuals needs & he is there for his clients as they go through the homework. Nothing is too much bother for him if he can help.
He does not time-rush and I personally think he has the time for people if they can be bothered! Check out his great website as it has a huge load of valuable information and research." RM Beck wrote that. She's very perceptive.
"Andy has an informal and accessible training style with a lively sense of humour which makes learning easy and fun. Workshop handouts are good. I have found sessions well paced with a good mix of information, demonstration and practice. Group sizes mean that sessions are interactive, which I enjoy. Andy's unusual and refreshing brand of charisma and honesty combined with an in depth knowledge of his subject is an effective combination in a training setting." J. Isaac wrote that. She stood out from the group as being very talented.
Want to see another video? Here's a clip of a session with a nice man called Steve who brilliantly volunteered to be used as a demonstration subject following an IEMT workshop. I had not met Steve prior to this session. This demonstration gives you a good idea of some of the ways I work with weight loss clients. Steve had this session for free, for others I charge £125 inc. (around 2 hours).
I am hoping that by now you are beginning to realise that I am a little more talented than many people in the field of changework. Here are a few more details about who I am and what I do:
